Delivery, Customer complaints, Refunds, Returns and Cancellations.
Delivery & Shipping
All goods ordered before 1pm on a weekday will be dispatched the same day. Items ordered after 1pm will be dispatched first thing the following weekday. Free shipping on items over £20 to the UK. International shipping costs are as follows:
Europe £10
USA £10
Australasia £15
Asia £15
Everywhere Else £15
One handling charge no matter how many items are ordered.
Please note for items under £20 the postage charge stated for each item will also be added.
Return of Goods Policy.
All returns or exchanges must be organised within 14 days of placing your order. Items to be returned should have been handled with all reasonable care, unused, unworn (except for fitting purposes) and unwashed, complete with their original packaging, tags, and our supplied receipt/invoice. If an exchange is required for an item of higher value, the new item will be dispatched upon payment of the price difference. Full postage fees are applicable to any exchange, however this is at our discretion. You will be required to organise, and pay for the return of goods to our address. Any items returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights, and is in compliance of the relevant UK laws.
Faulty Goods.
If in the unlikely event goods arrive faulty, a full refund, replacement or exchange will be available upon confirmation of the fault, plus the cost of postage and packing (equal to the original postage and packing cost incurred by Luxury Wear, unless proof of postage cost is supplied) and any other costs that have incurred as a direct result of faulty goods being supplied (providing proof is supplied).
Cancellation Rights.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days without giving a reason. The 14 days start from when you receive the goods.
Authenticity of Product.
All products featured on this website are deemed to be authentic as advised by Luxurywear.co.uk's suppliers. All products are factory surplus stock-lots and may be past season's or end of line, as such some items may not be in original packaging or have original tags, however all my suppliers have given assurances that items supplied to Luxurywear.co.uk are genuine, authentic and original. If any item is not as desribed a full refund will be offered less P&P charges, providing the item is returned in it's original condition and packaging within 14 days.

We conform to the following data protection act priciples that personal information must be:
fairly and lawfully processed;
processed for specified purposes;
adequate, relevant and not excessive;
accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date;
not kept for longer than is necessary;
processed in line with the rights of the individual;

not transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area unless the information is adequately protected.
